At Dhruv Super Mart, we strive to provide high-quality spiritual and devotional products, including diyas, temple decorations, incense sticks, festival collections, pooja items, brass products, god statues/idols, Rudraksha malas, and spiritual jewelry. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we have established the following return and refund policy.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or damaged products after delivery.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Spiritual jewelry, Rudraksha malas, and customized items.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

  • Change-of-mind purchases.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
